Grace kearns

I’m a full stack developer with a strong focus on building scalable, production ready applications that actually deliver measurable results.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked across modern web stacks including Next.js, .NET, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, designing and delivering systems end to end from frontend interfaces to backend architecture and API design.

In my most recent role as a Senior Full Stack Developer, I led the development of internal software that reduced customer onboarding overhead by 90% and cut time to value from one month down to a single day. I’ve taken ownership of product initiatives, mentored developers, and contributed to technical hiring, while staying hands on with building and improving systems.

Previously, I worked as both a full stack and software developer, where I maintained and modernized legacy platforms, implemented mobile support to expand accessibility, and built new features that directly contributed to product growth. I’ve also led development across multiple repositories, collaborated with external API vendors, and built proof of concept applications to validate new technical solutions.

My strength lies in bridging the gap between technical execution and real business outcomes not just writing code, but building systems that improve efficiency, scale effectively, and solve meaningful problems.

I’m comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and I bring a practical, solution focused mindset to every project I take on.
