Presentation
🎯 My Goal
Transform a professional malaise or a strategic doubt into a clear, assumed and ambitious repositioning.
I don't limit myself to "helping".
My role is to provoke deep awareness about your qualities, your value and what is really made for you or not.
I lead you to clarify what is truly right for you, so that your decisions are aligned, solid, and chosen.
The goal: to regain power over your trajectory with a precise vision and a concrete action plan.
🧠My approach
My support is based on three pillars:
1. Strategic lucidity
Objectively analyze your situation, your real room for manoeuvre and your obstacles (internal or organizational).
Identify the real blockages: fear, misplaced loyalty, underestimation, confusion, decision fatigue.
2. Professional repositioning
Clarify and redefine your value, your level of requirement, your rightful place and your concrete options.
3. Structured and controlled action
Build a precise plan: internal development, negotiation, organized departure or professional redirection.
My support is demanding.
You shouldn't be afraid of being pushed around: it is often in this controlled discomfort that the right decisions are born.
In concrete terms, we are working on:
– Clarification of your situation and your challenges
– The strategic rereading of your career
– The definition of a strong and coherent positioning
– Preparation for negotiation (evolution or contractual termination)
– The construction of a realistic and ambitious development plan
Former Project Manager, Business Analyst and Project Management Consultant in Insurance, Finance and Risk Environment, I have worked in strategic departments.
I am also a certified coach and NLP practitioner (2022) at the Geneva Coaching Institute.
I combine corporate expertise and structured support to enable my clients to make solid decisions, without emotional turmoil or haste.
My role is not to reassure.
My role is to clarify, structure and bring out decisions that have been assumed.
Results
At the end of the support, you will leave with:
– A clear vision of your situation and your options
– A strong professional positioning (value, place, limits, requirements)
– A structured action plan (steps, timing, messages, strategy)
– An ability to assert yourself without justifying yourself
– A conscious decision: stay and take back your place, evolve, or leave with strategy
Final objective: to move from "I suffer / I doubt" to "I decide / I move forward".
