In my current role, I am an Energy Project Manager at a national retail chain (1,400 stores), where I designed and deployed two business applications that are used daily by more than 230 people across 27 regions — one of which produced the analysis that underpinned a €33 million investment decision.

I apply the same requirement to my freelance assignments: AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation, internal dashboards and tailor-made tools. Not demos — systems that go into production, that are maintained, and that hold up against real users.
