I am currently working at HCLTech as a Technical Lead, where I lead the design and development of enterprise‑grade mobile applications using React Native. In this role, I am responsible for end‑to‑end mobile application delivery, including architecture design, development, code reviews, performance optimization, and deployment for both Android and iOS platforms.
I collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, backend teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and high‑quality mobile solutions. I also mentor and guide developers, ensure best coding practices, and maintain high standards for code quality, security, and performance.
My responsibilities include:

Leading React Native application development from concept to production
Designing scalable and maintainable mobile architectures

Managing CI/CD pipelines, app builds, and store releases
Providing technical leadership, code reviews, and team mentoring
