Familiar with eCommerce platform operations, back-end systems, and best practices from day-to-day operations. (Based on job descriptions of eCommerce operations roles.)
Supporting automated workflows and process improvements to streamline operations, reduce errors and improve speed.
Generating operational reports/metrics (e.g., orders processed, returns rate, fulfilment time) to enable insight and decision-making.
4. Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
Ensuring product listings, fulfilment and post-purchase experiences meet or exceed customer expectations.
Reviewing customer feedback, order issues and returns to identify root-causes and propose corrective actions.
Ensuring the brand’s online store remains accurate, user-friendly and fully functional.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Working with marketing/content teams to ensure product launches, promotions and campaigns align with operations.
Liaising with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure timely stock movement and fulfilment readiness.
