In my role as investment Director at the Tunisian American Enterprise Fund, I developed and led a fund dedicated to SMEs growth, including financial structuring, and technical assistance support.
I successfully identified and developed a pipeline of SME companies for funding. I also managed reporting and monitoring processes, ensuring full alignment with donor requirements and maintaining strong relationships with public stakeholders.
I also recruited and led a multidisciplinary team of 5-investment officer, establishing clear KPIs and fostering both professional growth and a collaborative team environment. By introducing a mentorship program, I supported junior staff members in enhancing their analytical and project-management skills.

I'm also specialized in investment in the Maghreb countries, where I have assisted several companies in establishing themselves in Tunisia (textile industry, automotive equipment, plastic injection molding, pharmaceuticals, etc.) and in the services sector (IT, accouting or call center back office), all within strategies focused on cost reduction and proximity to Europe.
