I am a Network and Telecom Engineer with over 4.5+ years of experience working with global telecom clients including AT&T, Sumitomo, and ADTRAN. I specialize in network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi performance optimization, telecom device configuration, and VoIP/PBX support across enterprise and service provider environments.

I have hands-on experience working with Residential Gateways (RG), ONT/OLT devices, routers, switches, and access points. My expertise includes key networking protocols such as IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, IGMP, SIP, and OMCI, along with VLAN configuration, multicast traffic management, and VoIP troubleshooting.

I also have practical experience working with FreePBX systems, including SIP configuration, call troubleshooting, and VoIP connectivity diagnostics.

I regularly use industry tools such as Wireshark, Cisco Packet Tracer, IXIA, Spirent, and PuTTY to analyze network performance, diagnose connectivity issues, and optimize network reliability.
