As a passionate web developer with over three years of experience in developing and integrating dynamic websites, I am writing to apply for the position of experienced PHP WordPress and Prestashop web developer.

During my two and a half years at Stratis WorldWide as a PHP web developer, I designed and maintained WordPress websites by developing custom PHP plugins and themes based on OOP, WordPress hooks, and ACF fields. I also worked on creating Gutenberg blocks in ReactJS, integrating external APIs, and using Docker, DDEV, and Composer for local development, security, SEO optimization, and website performance. Although my main experience is focused on PHP development and the WordPress Gutenberg editor, I have had the opportunity to use React JS to create dynamic Gutenberg plugins and blocks and responsive interfaces. This experience made me want to deepen my knowledge, which led me to take a comprehensive course on React JS 17 (Udemy), where I learned how to design functional components, manage states with Hooks (useState, useEffect), and structure an application in a modular way.
I also worked as a front-end web developer at Databiz, where I gained a solid mastery of front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)—including Figma/XD mockup integration, responsive design, accessibility, and multi-browser compatibility—as well as a good understanding of back-end architectures and MySQL databases.
I worked as a WordPress and PrestaShop web integrator for the Élan group. During this time, I learned how to create and develop e-commerce sites (PHP, HTML, SCSS, and JS) via FTP/SFTP (Filezilla), as well as how to integrate design mockups to create dynamic user interfaces.
