I am a physicist with a Msc. in Laser Physics and a (still incomplete) PhD in Atomic Force Microscopy, Ultrafast fiber lasers and Nanomaterials. I have extensive experience both theoretical and in the lab in ultrafast lasers, nonlinear Optics, atomic force microscopy and laser-matter interaction. Knowledge of MATLAB, FFT algorithms, laser pulse characterization, data and image processing and filtering.
I have worked on projects like:
1. Construction, comission and manteinance of a femtosecond Yb-doped fiber laser.
2. Calibration and coding of hyperspectral imaging system for Raman applications, blending Raman imaging with Fourier Transform spectrometry.
3. Comissioning and manteinance of an atomic force microscope, including measurements, calibration and data analysis.
4. Retrieving the time-resolved amplitude and phase of a 120fs laser pulse by Fourier Transform.
5. MATLAB simulations of near-field laser-matter interaction.
