I am a communications strategist with more than 30 years of experience. I founded and ran a 25-person agency in Hamburg, worked as Director at Edelman for clients such as Unilever, Barilla and Dubai Tourism, and won 10 industry awards. Since 2020 I have lived and worked on Kefalonia, building on a long personal connection to Greece.

PR and brand marketing

Destination marketing
For the Kefalonia Tourism Board I built the destination brand, including positioning, claim and logo, and developed and delivered the strategy for the German market.

Film and TV production support in Greece
I support international and German-language productions on location: research and story development, finding and approaching contributors, interview and location planning, coordination with local partners and authorities, translation and on-site communication. I know the Ionian islands and their people. Production clients include Endemol Shine. My own documentary “Vergeben und vergessen?” (Forgive and Forget?) on the occupation of Kefalonia in World War II, with eyewitness interviews and an animated short film, was produced together with local and German partners.
