Our Story
Impacta was founded by Isabella Sofia De Gregorio, non profit executive, organisational development, partnerships and events professional with 8 years of experience across European institutions, international NGOs, philanthropy and public affairs.
After years designing international programmes, leading multi-stakeholder partnerships and managing high-level events, Impacta was created to offer organisations strategic support that combines systems thinking with practical execution.
The consultancy reflects the belief that organisations create greater impact when they invest not only in projects, but also in people, governance, partnerships and long-term capacity.
