Presentation
I am a technical data analyst with 3+ years at Bank of America, working on lending technology where wrong data has real consequences. My work there included:
* Owning accuracy for rule and regex based document extraction models: weekly pass and fail reporting, root causing drift, and fixing extractors when document templates changed
* Proposing and leading a three person team that built a CRQ validation tool, cutting each review from 45 minutes to 2 minutes; it is still in production use
* Writing a Python tracking script that flags new, updated, and canceled change records to make weekly reporting accurate
* Building Excel KPI dashboards and writing SOPs and documentation that let teams run the process without me
What I can do for you:
* Data quality audits: profile a spreadsheet or CSV for duplicates, missing values, invalid formats, and out of range values, with a plain English PDF report of what to fix
* Data cleaning and standardization in Excel, Python (pandas), or SQL
* Excel and Power BI dashboards built on clean, documented data
* Automating recurring reports with Python so a weekly task takes minutes
* Process documentation: SOPs, trackers, and Confluence or Jira setup for teams that keep re-explaining the same workflow
How I work: I confirm what "correct" means for your data before touching it, keep your original file untouched, and hand back a short summary of every change I made. You get clear updates and no surprises.
Tools: Python (pandas), SQL, DuckDB, dbt, Excel (Microsoft Office Specialist certified), Power BI, Git and GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence.
