Hey there, I’m James. To be honest, I’m not your typical computer science grad. My journey started way back in the days of CGI and Perl, teaching myself how to build things from scratch because I just loved how code worked.

That curiosity actually led me into a wild career as an IT journalist. I spent years traveling the globe, interviewing tech giants and seeing the world.

Eventually, I took the leap and started my own media group. At its peak, we had over 60 people across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and SE Asia.

But here’s the truth: the bigger the company got, the less I got to code. I spent all my time in meetings and 'chasing business' instead of building things. I realized I’d lost my spark.

So, I did something a bit crazy. I sold the company to my partner, packed my bags, and decided to live the digital nomad life. I went back to what makes me truly happy: solving problems with code.

Because I'm doing this for the passion now, I’m happy to offer a 'Fix First, Pay Later' approach. Let's make sure you’re 100% happy with the result before we talk about money. I’m just here to help and build cool stuff along the way.
