With hands-on experience in accounts receivable, loan processing, and bookkeeping support, I’m now looking to support growing businesses remotely as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Virtual Assistant.
In my previous roles with Granduke Financing Corporation and Beehive Distribution, I handled payment tracking, account monitoring, financial record maintenance, and transaction encoding. I worked closely with client accounts, ensured documentation accuracy, and followed up on outstanding balances to support timely collections. These roles trained me to stay detail-focused even when handling multiple accounts and repetitive financial tasks daily.
I also completed bookkeeping training through TESDA and earned certifications in QuickBooks Online and Xero. My current tools include QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and ChatGPT. I’m comfortable learning new systems quickly and adapting to different workflows depending on the client’s process.
What clients usually appreciate about me is consistency. I keep financial records organized, communicate clearly, and make sure tasks are completed properly without constant follow-up.
