Jason Francis

I’m a UI/UX Designer with over three years of hands-on experience designing user-centered digital products for web and mobile platforms. I’ve worked across internships, contract roles, and freelance projects, contributing to products from early ideation through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
One of my key projects is Puls, a unified health ecosystem that simplifies how users manage health-related services in one place. I led the design process from problem definition to final UI, ensuring simplicity, clear navigation, and a user-first experience. I also worked on Zenpo, a fintech concept focused on global money transfers, savings, and cards for remote workers and freelancers.
I actively use AI tools to work smarter and faster helping with early research synthesis, persona creation, user flow validation, and refining microcopy so I can spend more time on thoughtful design decisions and usability improvements.
