In project management, I can plan and track activities, organize tasks, prepare reports, meeting minutes, and tracking spreadsheets, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
In finance and accounting, I can enter and verify transactions, organize supporting documents, track income and expenses, perform bank reconciliations, categorize transactions, clean accounting data, and prepare financial spreadsheets. I am particularly proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
In human resources, I can organize personnel files, update information, track attendance, prepare administrative documents, and provide support with recruitment and application management.
In logistics, I can track inventory, supplies, equipment, vehicles, procurement, and transportation operations, as well as prepare logistics spreadsheets and reports.
I also have strong data entry and virtual assistance skills: entering, cleaning, verifying, filing, and organizing data from PDFs, Excel files, statements, forms, and other documents.
For translation, I mainly work between French and Haitian Creole, with careful attention to meaning, context, grammar, and text quality. I can also perform transcription and audio content proofreading tasks. I also have a functional level of English.
I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, QuickBooks, SPSS, and EViews. I am organized, thorough, detail-oriented, independent, adaptable, and respectful of confidentiality.
Background
In particular, I contributed to monitoring inventory and supplies, preparing and processing equipment requests, and tracking procurement activities. I also participated in monitoring vehicles, travel, and routes; collecting information on vehicle conditions; and coordinating with the relevant managers.
I also worked on preparing tracking tables, reports, and administrative documents related to logistics operations. This experience allowed me to strengthen my rigor, attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with various stakeholders.
During my training, I learned to analyze information, prepare administrative and financial documents, organize data, solve problems, and make decisions in a structured manner. I also developed strong proficiency in the computer tools used in professional settings, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as software such as QuickBooks, SPSS, and EViews.
This training also enabled me to strengthen my organizational skills, rigor, analytical thinking, ability to work in a team, and capacity to adapt to different professional environments.
