Jenny Mae Talaver

I'm a paralegal with experience across both criminal and civil law — including probation and parole applications, domestic violence and homicide cases, as well as corporate lawsuits, personal injury, probate, and divorce matters. At Edward J. Witas & Associates and the Ateneo Center for Legal Services, my day-to-day covered the full case lifecycle: client intake and communication, calendar and hearing management through Clio, drafting legal documents like real estate deeds, motions, affidavits, discovery, and powers of attorney, court e-filing, and tax prep for real estate sales through PTAX.
I'm also currently a second-year law student, so I bring active legal training alongside hands-on paralegal experience.
