I am a motivated and detail-oriented professional from Albania, with a strong background in customer service, project coordination, and design, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Interior & Graphic Design at Polis University.

Over the past years, I have gained solid experience in:

Client communication and support through my roles as a manager in the furniture industry and customer-facing jobs in hospitality.

Project management and organization, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Event coordination and teamwork, where I developed strong problem-solving and time-management skills under pressure.

In addition to design software knowledge (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator), I am highly skilled in Microsoft Office, online collaboration tools, and digital communication. My bilingual skills in Albanian (native) and English (C1) allow me to perform tasks such as translation, data entry, content writing, virtual assistance, and online customer support with accuracy and professionalism.

I am available for part-time remote opportunities (10–15 hours per week) and eager to contribute to projects that require flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail. My goal is to provide reliable and high-quality support to international clients, while continuously developing my professional and digital skills.
