I’m a 24-year-old management professional with a strong academic and practical background. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Strategy, and I’m currently a doctoral researcher in Management. My research focuses on improving public administration through e-government and digital transformation.

I have diverse professional experience, including working as a Community Manager in a boutique and as an Agent in a call center. These roles strengthened my communication skills, customer relations abilities, problem-solving, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

I’m also active in social and associative life, which has enhanced my teamwork, leadership, and project coordination skills.

In addition to my professional and academic experience, I have strong digital skills: I master Canva for design and visual content creation, and I’m proficient in Microsoft Excel and other digital tools. I’m fluent in Arabic, French, and English, which allows me to work in multicultural and multilingual environments.
