Preliminary studies and feasibility:
Analysis of the site (topography, orientation, access, utilities).
Verification of planning regulations and regulatory constraints.
Development of the architectural program according to the budget and the client’s needs.

Architectural design:
Sketch & Preliminary Design (APS): Definition of volumes, site placement, and layout principles.
Detailed Preliminary Design (APD): Selection of materials, finalization of plans, sections, elevations, and 3D modeling.

Building Permit Application:
Preparation of all graphic and written documents required to apply for a building permit with the local authorities.

Construction Preparation (DCE / ACT):
Drafting of the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP) and preparation of the tender documents.
Analysis of construction company quotations and assistance in selecting contractors.

Construction Supervision & Handover:
Regular site monitoring, inspection of work compliance, and site meetings.
Assistance during handover operations (AOR) and resolution of outstanding items.
