I’m an IT Systems Administrator with 5+ years of experience transforming complex, outdated infrastructure into clean, cloud-ready, and automated environments.

I lead cloud migrations, automate endpoint management, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure and other platforms. Recent achievements include leading a zero-data-loss SharePoint migration using PowerShell and SPMT, automating application deployments across endpoints with Kaseya VSA X, configuring cross-cloud VPN tunnels between GCP and Azure, creating SOPs, managing assets, supporting domain-to-Microsoft Entra cloud migration, administering Jira, virtualizing Azure VMs, and managing Microsoft Defender for cybersecurity.

I hold ITIL v4, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), ServiceNow CSA, ITIL V4 Foundation, AWS Security & Fundamentals, and GCP Essentials certifications, and I earned a Master’s degree in Virtualization & Cloud Computing from Conestoga College with a 3.8 GPA.
