Lauryn Zangara

I am an experienced remote candidate with previous roles in customer service, call centers, appointment scheduling and healthcare. My strengths include being well organized, completing work thoroughly, displaying exceptional customer service interaction with compassion and empathy, reading comprehension, being familiar with Microsoft and Google applications and many more. I prefer working from home because it better suits my introverted personality, but don't let that fool you because I have a wonderfully professional tone that is both inviting and engaging. I was born and raised in the South and from that I developed natural politeness and being well mannered. I hope to be able to showcase all of the useful abilities I have and to find a remote position that I can fully apply myself to.
