end procurement, sourcing, procurement planning, tendering, supplier and contract management, market
analysis, price negotiation, fleet, warehouse, inventory, asset management, transportation, distribution and
logistics coordination.
Progressive experience with Mercy Corps, Muslim Aid, SORRDO and the Ministry of Finance as internship/National Procurement function, including advancement at Mercy Corps from Procurement/Operations Assistant to Procurement &
Operations Officer. Experienced in managing procurement processes from Purchase Requests and market
assessment through RFQ/RFP/ITB, solicitation, quotation/bid evaluation, negotiation, contracting, purchase
orders, delivery and payment follow-up.
Proficient in SAP Ariba, SAP ERP and ProSource, with practical knowledge of electronic sourcing, solicitation
events, procurement approvals, documentation, supplier verification, contract administration, internal controls and
donor compliance. Strong operational experience in fleet, warehouse, inventory, assets, transportation and last
mile distribution, combined with team supervision, stakeholder coordination and capacity building.
Currently pursuing advanced qualifications in Supply Chain & Logistics Management and CIPS Level 4, with a
professional focus on efficient, transparent, compliant and cost-effective procurement and supply-chain operations.
