Mahdi Mehrkash

I am an Industrial Engineering student at Isfahan University of Technology with a GPA of approximately 18.5/20 and a strong interest in Systems Thinking, System Dynamics, Simulation, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Development. Throughout my academic journey, I have focused on understanding complex systems, analyzing organizational structures, and designing practical solutions for real-world challenges. My experience includes system dynamics modeling using Vensim, discrete-event simulation with Arena, dashboard design and performance monitoring systems, business process analysis, and human resource management projects, particularly in the areas of OKR and CFR implementation. I have also served as a Teaching Assistant for multiple semesters and participated in research and market study projects, as well as academic work related to green hydrogen and sustainable energy. I am particularly passionate about applying analytical and systems-oriented approaches to improve organizational performance, support decision-making, and solve complex industrial and managerial problems. My long-term goal is to pursue graduate studies in Australia and build a professional career at the intersection of systems analysis, simulation, organizational development, and strategic management.
