My Background
Project and Product Manager with 3+ years of experience across FinTech, iGaming, DeFi, HealthTech, and SaaS. In addition to project management, I work hands-on in UX/UI design — covering the full process from UX research and user flow analysis through to wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. I approach design decisions with research first, because usability is not an afterthought. On the project management side, I handle roadmap planning, backlog management, sprint coordination, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team alignment — ensuring projects stay on track from kickoff through to delivery.

How I work
I am comfortable operating across PM, design, and QA depending on what the project requires — and I use AI tools deliberately to work more efficiently without cutting corners on quality.
