I am an expert in Educational Development and Governance with over 24 years of experience in gender mainstreaming, social inclusion, capacity building, and policy integration within Bangladesh’s development and electoral sectors. My proven expertise includes designing gender-responsive training modules, conducting gender audits, facilitating multi-stakeholder consultations, and strengthening institutional capacity for inclusive governance and electoral processes. I have a strong track record of collaborating with government bodies, civil society organizations, and international partners to advance gender equality, women’s political participation, and inclusive decision-making.

I offer comprehensive services in educational pedagogy, curriculum development, and program and research design, integrating cross-cutting themes of climate adaptation, gender, and social inclusion. My scope also encompasses the full project cycle, including:

- Research & Evaluation: Baseline, midline, and endline studies.
- Project Design & Management: Strategic planning, proposal writing/fundraising, budgeting, and monitoring.
