What I do: Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune as a unified MDM platform for multi-platform device fleets (macOS, Windows, iOS). Set up Apple Business Manager (ABM) for factory-direct automated enrollment.

3. Endpoint Security & Conditional Access Governance
What I do: Design and enforce enterprise-grade security controls, including Entra ID Conditional Access policies, automated BitLocker/FileVault encryption management, and EDR integrations.

4. Cloud Automation & Infrastructure Integration
What I do: Build event-driven operational workflows, automated CMDB synchronization pipelines (Jira REST API & Intune), and resilient cloud-native scripting frameworks.

5. AI-Powered IT Operations & Helpdesk Solutions
What I do: Design and deploy AI-driven internal helpdesk assistants and RAG pipelines (integrated with platforms like Slack and Langdock) grounded in verified company knowledge.
