I am a graphic designer with more than five years of experience specializing in visual storytelling and digital marketing. My past work has focused on helping brands bridge the gap between aesthetics and results. In my previous role, I was tasked with creating a series of social media promotional assets specifically designed to drive revenue. The challenge was that our feed was becoming visually cluttered, and our promotional posts were being scrolled past because they looked too much like 'standard ads' rather than engaging content. To solve this, I moved away from a 'one-size-fits-all' approach and implemented a three-step design strategy. I restructured the layout to ensure that the product and the Call to Action were the first things the eye hit. I used high-contrast typography to make the discount or offer unmissable even on small mobile screens. I tailored the designs specifically for each platform. I used bold, fast-paced motion graphics for Instagram reels/stories to capture attention, and clean, high-resolution carousels for Facebook to provide more product detail. I worked closely with the marketing team to test two different aesthetic approaches, one lifestyle-focused and one minimalist product-focused so as to see which visual language resonated most with our buyers. I am comfortable managing multiple projects at once, from brand identity and print layouts to high-conversion social media campaigns, and I pride myself on delivering polished, professional work on tight deadlines.
