Michael Mutethia

10+ years of experience shipping mobile and web products from concept to launch. I've worked with startups, scale-ups, NGOs, and agencies - designing everything from fintech apps and agent tools to global website redesigns.
I bring end-to-end ownership to every project: wireframing, high-fidelity UI in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and handoff. I'm experienced working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Notable work includes a bookkeeping app with 1M+ downloads, and a UX redesign for a UNEP global site menu serving 500,000+ monthly users. Whether you need a solo designer to own a product or a senior pair of hands to elevate your team's output, I deliver work that ships and sticks.
