I am an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and in-house legal counsel with over 9 years’ experience advising multinational corporations and pan-African non-profit organisations on governance, regulatory strategy, enterprise risk management, and data protection across multi-jurisdictional environments in Africa, Europe, and the United States. Proven experience supporting the development and implementation of organisation-wide risk and compliance frameworks and leading the negotiation of complex grant and partnership agreements with global funders, including the Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust, Novo Nordisk Foundation, and the Pandemic Sciences Institute (University of Oxford).
