I am a self-motivated and reform oriented public finance and governance specialist with more than 25 years of professional experience in public sector management, public finance management, public administration reform, EU funds management and EU accession negotiations. I have over 15 years of extensive project management experience in Team Leader, Project Manager, public finance and governance expert roles and more than 7 years of experience in Team Leader roles on 21 technical assistance projects of a total value exceeding 25 million EUR funded by the EU and donor funded public finance management reform projects.
