Nahdi Medical Company – Short-term Remote Contract
Position: Presentation & Document Designer
I worked on a short-term remote contract supporting the preparation and design of professional business documents and presentations. My responsibilities included creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and reports, designing well-structured PDF and Word documents, and improving the overall visual layout of company materials to ensure clarity and consistency.
I also handled document editing, formatting, and conversion tasks, making sure all files followed a clean and professional standard aligned with corporate requirements.

I worked as an online English tutor in a remote collaboration with the Prolly platform, providing virtual language instruction to students with different levels and learning goals. My responsibilities included conducting interactive online lessons focused on speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation improvement.
I prepared customized lesson plans based on students’ needs, monitored their progress, and provided feedback to help them improve their confidence and fluency in English. The sessions were fully remote and delivered through online communication tools.

I worked as a website administrator and customer support specialist, responsible for managing and updating website content, ensuring smooth website functionality, and monitoring user experience across different sections of the platform. My duties included handling customer inquiries through online support channels, resolving technical and service-related issues, and providing timely responses to improve user satisfaction.
In addition, I assisted in maintaining the accuracy of published information, supporting basic content updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the website remained up-to-date, user-friendly, and fully operational at all times.

I worked as an instructor and educational support specialist at Tehran Technical Complex, where I was responsible for delivering training sessions and supporting students in academic and technical learning processes. My role included teaching practical computer-related and educational courses, guiding students through assignments, and helping them improve their skills through structured lessons and exercises.
In addition, I provided academic support by answering students’ questions, assisting in course planning and learning materials preparation, and ensuring smooth coordination of educational activities. I also contributed to improving the learning experience by offering feedback and helping students achieve their training goals effectively.
