Mohamed Shahin

Hello,
I'm a senior full-stack engineer with 8+ years of Laravel/PHP experience, and for the past 7+ years
I've worked remotely for Copenhagen-based product companies.
At Opinoma, I built the core engine of an educational evaluation SaaS used by Danish schools and
vocational colleges, and I own it end to end: data model, business logic, UI, testing, and
deployment. It processes thousands of evaluations, with heavy workloads running through Laravel
queues, third-party API integrations built to handle failures and retries, and unit and feature tests in
CI. Before that, at BullWall, I built the company CRM from scratch as the sole engineer, backend
and frontend.
I use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot daily in production, and I review and test every
AI-generated change before it ships.
I care about building things that solve real problems for customers, not just shipping code. I work
well asynchronously and in writing, and I'm on GMT+2, with full overlap with European working
hours.
I'd be glad to talk about how I can help your team.
Best regards,
Mohamed Shahin
