As part of the support for Transversal projects:
• Participate in studies (customer needs or IS developments), propose implementation solutions on the configuration of offers.
• Validation of the Business Requirements expressed in the DUs.
• Specify, plan and quantify the impacts on the offer marketing process.
• Support for project management, MOAD on offers (questions/answers, feasibility studies, etc.).
• Organized, facilitated and followed up on impact workshops on the marketing of offers.
As part of the maintenance of the Offers:
• N3 support on offers:
o Analyze Production incidents,
o Identify any malfunctions,
o Identify the palliatives and/or corrective measures to be implemented, if necessary, as well as the level of urgency in agreement with the Incident Coordination Manager.
As part of its recurring activities:
• Maintenance of invariants for project costing,
• Knowledge Management: participate in the drafting and maintenance of the knowledge base of the offers,
• Be a source of proposals on the evolution of the process of marketing offers.
