The framework for the implementation of the tariff offers:
• Contribute to the pre-costing of business management needs.
• Specify, on innovative projects, the detailed configuration to be implemented and the testing strategy to be adopted (in coordination
with the Project Manager, the configuration and testing team),
• Participate in the testing strategy:
o Define test objectives
o Define the relevance of the tests
• Carry out QVP tests before delivery, configuration,
• Be the support for all phases (parameterization, mass control, functional tests, production).
• Analyze all anomalies and propose solutions to be implemented during the project and during the VSR phase.
• Assist the project manager during the production start-up.
• Participate in the steering meetings of your projects according to the governance in place
• Participate in the project review.
As part of the support for Transversal projects:
• Participate in studies (customer needs or IS developments), propose implementation solutions on the configuration of offers.
• Validation of the Business Requirements expressed in the DUs.
• Specify, plan and quantify the impacts on the offer marketing process.
• Support for project management, MOAD on offers (questions/answers, feasibility studies, etc.).
• Organized, facilitated and followed up on impact workshops on the marketing of offers.
As part of the maintenance of the Offers:
• N3 support on offers:
o Analyze Production incidents,
o Identify any malfunctions,
o Identify the palliatives and/or corrective measures to be implemented, if necessary, as well as the level of urgency in agreement with the Incident Coordination Manager.
As part of its recurring activities:
• Maintenance of invariants for project costing,
• Knowledge Management: participate in the drafting and maintenance of the knowledge base of the offers,
• Be a source of proposals on the evolution of the process of marketing offers.

STUDY.
- Respond upstream of the catalogs to the requests of the marketing or cross-functional research teams in order to analyze the feasibility of requests for complex offers, future projects, or expected behaviors of the application.
- Participation in impact analysis and offer architecture meetings
- Identify the different needs
- Analyze the need.
- Manage and prioritize requests according to the configuration load.
REALIZATION.
- Configure offers and options according to the 3 Management Acts; Acquisition, Upmarket, Loyalty.
- Perform the configuration of requests outside the commercial period in production with SQL scripts.
- Ensure the delivery of deliverables according to a well-detailed schedule.
- Carry out consistency checks with the various partners
QUALIFICATION.
- Management of the functional acceptance
- Carrying out vital tests (tests in production) during the MEP.
- Follow-up of acceptance anomalies.
- Functional support for QPM.
- Ensure VSR meetings to follow up on post-MEP anomalies.
