I take AI products from idea to market, owning everything in between.
Over the past few years I have led product delivery across multiple live AI SaaS platforms, including Skimming AI (1,000 plus active users, 4.8-star rating) and JorgeCastro.AI (Global Search Awards finalist, $25,000 MRR), managing distributed engineering teams across UK, US, GCC, and Nordic markets simultaneously.

What I actually do for clients:
I scope the product, define the roadmap, write the requirements, run the sprint cycles, coordinate design and engineering, and own delivery through to launch. I then work on GTM strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution to make sure what ships actually reaches the right market.
I work across the full stack of AI product types: LLM applications, RAG pipelines, automation systems, SaaS platforms, AI-powered dashboards, and workflow tools. My background also includes two years at Incendium in London on enterprise programmes with Meta and GSK, which is where I learned to manage complex stakeholder environments and operate at a senior commercial level.

I hold an MSc in Business Analytics from Warwick Business School.
