Important Information
* The fees listed above cover medical record review and consultation only.
* These fees do not include the cost of laboratory tests, imaging studies, medications, procedures, hospital services, or any other healthcare expenses.
* Any recommendations for further investigations, treatments, or referrals are provided separately and are the responsibility of the client to arrange with their treating healthcare provider.
* This service is intended to provide professional medical review and guidance and is not a substitute for emergency care or an in-person medical examination.
Case Acceptance Policy
Before accepting your case, I will first conduct a preliminary review of the information you provide, including your medical history, current symptoms, medications, previous diagnoses, laboratory results, imaging studies, and any other relevant medical records.
This initial screening allows me to determine whether your case falls within my scope of practice and whether I can provide meaningful assistance.
* If I determine that I am able to assist you, I will notify you, and the consultation fee will be requested before proceeding with the full medical review.
* If I believe your case is outside my area of expertise or that I cannot provide an appropriate assessment, I will inform you before any charges are made.
* After revision of your case, a comprehensive overview will be sent. It will include what is needed and further steps that might be needed to reach a full diagnosis.
* The 50$ will cover follow-ups up to 10 days. After the 10 days, further follow-ups will require additional charges of 50$
My goal is to ensure that every client receives honest, ethical, and appropriate medical guidance.
