I am Nazia Akhtar, a reliable and motivated IT Assistant available to support day-to-day technical tasks and remote IT operations. I have basic knowledge of IT, software, internet use, file management, browsers, Windows, software installation, and simple troubleshooting as I have done MBIT (Finance) i.e. Masters of Business & Information Technology with Finance Specialization from University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.

I can assist with general IT support, software setup, remote technical tasks, online documentation, and basic system-related work. I am comfortable working online, following instructions, communicating through chat or video calls, and completing assigned tasks responsibly.

I have my own laptop/computer, a good internet connection, and the willingness to learn new tools and processes. I am suitable for junior-level IT support tasks and long-term remote work where reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail are important.

My goal is to provide simple, organised, and dependable IT assistance while continuing to improve my technical skills through real work experience.
