NexoSoftware is a Polish software development company based in Nowy Tomyśl. We build web applications, websites from scratch, integrations between systems, and solutions that use artificial intelligence.

What we do:
- Web applications and dashboards with login, user roles, and payments
- Company websites and landing pages with a dashboard for editing content yourself
- API integrations, including KSeF, ERP, and accounting systems
- Document and invoice automation (OCR, data processing)
- AI solutions: assistants, knowledge-base search, and monitoring the cost of model queries

What sets us apart:
We build our own live products: BillFacto, AICostTrim, and FactFlow (implemented for PAS Polska). With AICostTrim, we know exactly what AI costs in practice, so we price fairly and monitor monthly costs. We know KSeF and ERP integrations.

How we work:
We provide the price and timeline upfront. We divide projects into stages, with delivery and payment after each stage is approved. Before we start, we’re straightforward about what we haven’t done before and where we see risks. We transfer the code, data, and copyrights to the client after payment. With modern development tools, we complete projects faster than traditional teams. We are VAT-exempt, so the invoice doesn’t cost more.
