Nidia Stewart

Hi, I’m Nidia Stewart, the founder of DigitalRecs. From day one, I’ve been passionate about connecting great people with opportunities that truly match their skills and ambitions. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work in a variety of industries, which has given me a deep understanding of what makes each one unique.
With strong Swiss roots shaping our attention to detail, and over 15 years of industry experience underpinning our expertise, we provide a comprehensive range of services—from executive search and headhunting to interim, permanent, and project-based staffing. Each engagement is approached as a long-term investment in building high-performing teams, supporting career growth, and creating sustainable success.
