I provide strategic legal support in international arbitration, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory, with a strong focus on cross-border matters involving Egypt and international parties. My work includes drafting and reviewing arbitral submissions (Statements of Claim, Defence, Reply, and Rejoinder), advising on procedural strategy, interim measures, and emergency relief, and supporting proceedings under leading frameworks such as CRCICA, ICC, and UNCITRAL. Alongside disputes, I advise on corporate and commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing shareholders’ agreements, management and services contracts, sponsorship and sports-related agreements, and investment structures, with particular attention to dispute-prevention, enforceability, and exit mechanisms (put options, anti-dilution protections, and capital increases).
