I am a Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence student with solid knowledge in Python, C++ and advanced PC hardware. I enjoy solving technical problems, optimizing systems and learning new tools quickly. My experience in customer service strengthened my communication, teamwork and adaptability, allowing me to approach challenges calmly and efficiently.

I have a B2+ English level and a certification in social leadership, which has helped me work responsibly, collaborate with others and maintain a proactive attitude.
