I am an experienced environmental and climate resilience professional with over 15 years of experience leading and supporting complex nonprofit and international development programmes focused on climate action, natural resource management, community resilience, sustainable livelihoods, carbon and landscape restoration.

My expertize includes:

Leading international development projects and managing programme portfolios, including providing overall strategic and operational leadership for multi-year donor-funded programmes. Strong experience in business development/programme planning, implementation oversight, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, learning, reporting, and partnership management.

Nature-Based Carbon Finance, including carbon project development , Measuremnt Reporting and Verification (MRV) systems, validation processes, and community carbon governance frameworks.

Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS), including field monitoring of implementation of ESS. e.g validating the effectiveness of implementation strategies and instruments being used, and the ESS activities undertaken for the management of environmental and social impacts; assessing and determine the effectiveness of the management strategies, identify any environmental issues or cases of non-compliance and promptly recommending corrective measures to address gaps and constraints and re-establish compliance within an agreed timeframe.
