I'm a Tool and Die Maker with over 20 years in the trade. I've spent most of my career manufacturing and maintaining plastic injection moulds, press tools, jigs, fixtures, and automated machinery. I handle the full process: designing the parts, machining them, and getting everything running right.
I'm comfortable on manual and CNC machines like milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, welders, spark eroders, CNC lathes, and CNC milling centres. I've also worked in a cooldrink factory supervising the canning line, done factory maintenance on single-use breathalyzer production equipment, and handled agricultural side work operating combines, tractors, front-end loaders, plus maintaining a fleet of John Deere tractors and combines.
