I am a hiking and mountain tourism instructor with nearly three years of experience in developing, organizing, and leading outdoor programs. My work includes planning routes from scratch, coordinating logistics, guiding groups of different skill levels, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for every participant.

I create detailed hiking and trekking routes, taking into account safety, landscape features, weather conditions, group abilities, and the immersive experience of the journey.
My experience includes comfort tours, wilderness expeditions, and multi-day mountain camps.

• Full Tour Organization & Logistics
I manage all logistics: accommodation search and booking, transportation arrangements, transfers, permits, schedules, and communication with local partners.
I make sure every tour runs smoothly — from the initial idea to the final day on the trail.
• Group Leadership & Participant Support
I have led more than 30 trips of varying difficulty.
I guide participants throughout the route, maintain group dynamics, solve problems quickly, and create a supportive atmosphere that helps people enjoy nature and feel confident outdoors.
• Professional Communication
I stay in touch with guides, clients, and partners, maintain chat communication, answer questions, and help participants prepare for the tour.
I am comfortable negotiating, coordinating groups, and keeping all details organized.
• Experience Working With Educational & Social Projects
I took part in organizing tours for the More Than a Trip educational program, including groups traveling for the Ministry of Education of North Ossetia–Alania.
This helped me develop strong skills in responsibility, planning, and working with diverse teams.

I have also traveled to Georgia and Türkiye, and I enjoy learning about new regions and cultures when preparing routes.
