Background
Software Engineer — Backend
Backend engineer in the Driver Account and Driver Experience squad, contributing to services and APIs supporting driver accounts, onboarding and the driver app experience. Work with Node.js, NestJS, Express, JavaScript, TypeScript, MongoDB and Redis in a microservices environment, with GCP and Datadog. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver backend changes, investigate issues, maintain automated tests and support reliable production services.
Founder & Software Engineer
Building HanaWerk, a halal-aligned software company focused on practical operational software and business websites for Algerian workflows. Develop business websites and lightweight order/contact flows, and validate product ideas with real operators before expanding development. Current discovery areas include document-heavy trade and administrative workflows, distribution and food-distribution operations. For INES VTC, built a NestJS/PostgreSQL REST API and React backoffice covering ride estimation, dispatch, driver/customer operations, promotions, notifications and SATIM wallet recharge. For FYDNI, delivered React backoffice pages and API endpoints alongside React Native onboarding, document capture, messaging and account-management features. For Odnis, developed a NestJS/PostgreSQL backend connecting patients and pharmacies, with secure file handling, pharmacy onboarding and moderation.
