1. Built and continuously debugged a multi-microservice NLP platform for structured resume extraction, covering experience, education, certifications, and personal info using transformer-based models (DeBERTa-v3-large) and LSTM-based classifiers across Docker containers.
2. Containerized and integrated multiple ML models — including a BERT+BiLSTM classifier, a three-stage pipeline (SVM → BiLSTM CRF → Logistic Regression), and a BiLSTM+CRF NER model — each exposed as Flask microservices on dedicated ports.
3. Built a semantic matching pipeline using JobBERT-v2 and GLiNER for skill extraction, sentence-to-role attribution matrices with importance weighting, and BGE/Jina embeddings for similarity scoring.
