With over 13 years of professional experience in IT technical support and system administration, I have built a career on ensuring infrastructure stability and solving complex technical challenges. Since 2012, I have been a core member of the IT team at ACBA OJSC, managing a diverse range of workstations and virtualization environments.

• Automation & Optimization: Expertise in using Acronis tools for large-scale deployment and hardware optimization, including repurposing aging hardware into thin clients.

I am currently transitioning into the DevOps field, actively deepening my knowledge in Linux system administration, Bash scripting, and infrastructure automation with Ansible.
