Civil Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in structural design, project management, and quantity surveying, in parallel with an advanced specialization in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Spatial Analysis.
I develop smart and automated tools and systems (Smart BOQ) using Excel and VBA to simplify complex calculations, analyze bids and tenders, and accurately detect price deviations to avoid financial risks.
