My name is Roman, I’m 29 years old. Overall, I have extensive work experience, most of which I gained in various support roles. In my current position, I work as a Senior Technical Specialist and collaborate directly with engineers to resolve clients’ technical, financial, and other issues. My work is conducted entirely in English.

In addition to my role as a Senior Specialist, I have been mentoring new hires and junior specialists for over two years while also taking on managerial responsibilities. These have included leading team meetings and implementing new templates to improve efficiency.. I also provide consultation on client cases and when needed, delivering direct assistance or complete solutions to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Unfortunately, due to company restructuring and staff reductions, there are no opportunities for advancement or salary growth in my current role. I am seeking a new opportunity because I feel I have reached a top in terms of career development.

That said, I want to emphasize that my current company has been excellent in many aspects—, strong insurance benefits, open communication, and consistent feedback from leadership. The workplace environment has always been positive, and I met many great people

Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle: I go to the gym, cycling, fishing . I also like reading, mostly fantasy novels, attending quizzes, and much more.
