With years of experience in Customer Service and Production Operations, as well as experience in Annotation, Data Entry, and Data Sourcing. My previous experience equipped me to be more organized, especially in handling checklists, sales, and inventories, and good communication when dealing with and negotiating with customers. A strong attention to detail, as I deal with food preparations, orders, paperwork, inspection of products, and proper labelling for Video Annotation. I also have volunteered experience in Data Entry, where I gathered and artist’s streaming counts on YouTube using the live view counter and put them into Google Sheets. For Data Sourcing, I researched and collected artists’ event videos, photos, pub mats, and announcements, and compiled them
in Google Drive.
